The only problem was the room faced on to a street, which was a little noisy with bin collections, and a new shop opening underneath the room." -

14/02/11 - "Hemos tenido problemas con la televisión, a pesar de que fueron muy diligentes en solucionarlo la primera vez que lo comentamos, siguieron fallando todos los canales TDT españoles. Aunque el uso que le solemos dar a la tv cuando estamos con ustedes es pequeño, es importante para nosotros algo tan sencillo como poder tener acceso a noticias para sentirnos como en casa.
A parte de este inconveniente, dejenme decirles que el trato fue excelente." -

En cuanto a las instalaciones generales, solo disfruté del Club de Jazz, y del desayuno, por tanto, es lo único que puedo evaluar.
La habitación en cuanto a limpieza estaba impecable: mejoraría cambiando el suelo y quizás con otro tipo de pintura. El estado de las toallas puede ser mejorado. Dado que sólo he estado una noche, no puedo ayudarles más. Gracias. " -

Como mencioné en el formulario escrito (domingo hora del desayuno), la excursión resultó un tanto decepcionante - a pesar de la amabilidad del guía - por falta de información específica sobre los lugares visitados (Coves d'Hams i Drach) y la poca calidad y posibilidad de elección a la hora de comer & centros comerciales a los que nos llevaron." -

01/03/10 - "I originally booked a Junior Suite for my aged parents. They were unable to negotiate the steps leading up to the Junior Suites. May I suggest that the hotel put in handrails at these steps.
Your reception staff were extremely kind and helpful and after looking at several rooms we upgraded to the Suite room 401. This room was absolutely perfect for my parents, being near the lift, and the style in which it had been decorated was superb and very comfortable.
Another suggestion: Perhaps you should have some rooms with a walk-in shower for older people who are no longer able to climb in and out of baths.
We were really very pleased with your hotel. We, ourselves, stayed there on New Years Eve so were confident that it would be of a high enough standard for my mother!

I have mentioned your hotel to my friends but most seem to think it'a a bit pricey,if you lowered your tarrif perhaps you might have better ocupancy especially for week-end breaks from the uk.
